Welcome to Lumora. These Terms of Service govern all offerings provided via lumaora.com, located at 301 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. By accessing or using our services, info products, or goods (each an “offering”), you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Lumora provides advanced accounting education and career development programs, including live workshops, coaching sessions, and professional training events. Detailed descriptions, schedules, and eligibility requirements are available on our site.
2. Info Products
We offer digital learning materials, such as e-courses, video modules, downloadable guides, and templates, designed to support your professional growth in accounting and related fields.
3. Goods
Lumora may offer physical items, including printed books, workbooks, branded merchandise, and course materials for home study.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees for our offerings are listed on the website. You agree to pay all applicable charges at the time of enrollment or checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways, and you are responsible for reviewing your order before submission.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Participants may request a refund for live courses or workshops within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10% of scheduled sessions have been attended. To request a refund, contact customer support within the specified period. Approved refunds for services will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Individual coaching sessions and custom program development engagements are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and resource allocation.
5.2 Info Products
Refunds for digital course access are available within 14 days of first access if less than 20% of the content has been consumed. To request a refund, contact customer support. Approved refunds for info products will be processed within 7 days of approval.
5.3 Goods
Physical items may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery if sent back in original condition. To initiate a refund, contact customer support. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on items sent back unless the item is defective or shipped in error. In cases of defect or mistake on our part, Lumora covers shipping expenses for both sending and returning the item.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, text, images, and other content provided by Lumora are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lumora and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our offerings. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the applicable offering.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
